Ken Weeden & Associates, Inc. (KWA) is nationally recognized as an expert in all phases of program development and service delivery in the areas of Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program management and implementation.
KWA developed the National DBE Training Institute in order to provide training to administrators of the Federal DBE program and its state and local equivalents (including Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise and Historically Underutilized Business Programs).
